Hindi dahil sa nanood kami ng A Very Special Love that day.. hindi din dahil sa tapos na ang exam sa Programming and COBOL kung hindi dahil.. May nareceive na ulit akong letter galing sa kanya. I wrote him a letter nung July 11 pero nung August 8 pa dumating yung reply nya. haha

Me and my friends went to Robinson’s Place Ermita to watch a movie, pag-uwi ko around 6:30 pm.. may nakita akong sulat. I already knew it was for me. Haha. Envelope pa lang ah.

Si Ate Aisha yung unang nagreply sa plurk kong yan, at tinanong “is this for the guy na gusto mo?” .. Tama tama. Nung June 11 gumawa ako ng letter para sakanya. First time ko lang gagawin un.. I mean, first time magpapadala ng sulat sakanya. Kinabukasan inutos ko na lang sa Lolo ko na ipadala un, wala na kasi akong time para pumunta sa Post Office.

Lumipas ang ilang weeks, nalulungkot na ko kasi parang ang tagal ko ng nag-aantay .. Nawalan na nga ako ng gana eh, sabi ko sa sarili ko, wrong move ata ung ginawa ko, parang nagsisi ako kung ba’t ako sumulat. Di na nga ako umaasa na sasagot siya, naisip ko din na kapag wala akong nareceive na sulat, ititigil ko na toh.. Sakto pang may nabasa ako sa New Moon – “it’s been months. No calls, no letters, no contact. You can’t keep waiting for him” .. Kaya ayun, mas lalo tuloy akong napaisip kung dapat pang mag-antay.

Pero nitong July 10 pag-uwi ko, sabi ni Papa “Uyy, sumulat si Dave” ako naman parang tas di ako nakapagsalita for a second. Nung inabot nya ung sulat, tinago ko agad sa bag. Inaantay nga niyang buksan ko sa harap niya. haha Umakyat ako sa room at dun ko binasa un. MASAYA AKO.. MASAYANG MASAYA. :smile: Super bilis nung heartbeat ko nung binabasa ko ung letter.. Kinakabahan, nanlalamig, tapos feeling ko, may butterflies ung tyan ko.

Nagulat ako sa sulat niya, kasi isang buong yellow pad tapos back to back, samantalang ung sulat ko eh, 3 pages ng notebook tapos hindi pa back to back. Nabasa na ng mga kaklase namin ung sulat niya, at lahat sila masaya.. masaya para sakin.
